🧩 Sudoku Instructions

Goal: Fill the 9×9 grid so every row, column, and 3×3 box contains the numbers 1–9 with no repeats.

Select Difficulty: Tap Easy, Medium, Hard, or Evil to start a new puzzle.

Select a Cell: Tap any empty square to highlight it.

Input a Number: Tap 1–9 to enter that number. Tap ✕ to clear the cell or its candidates.

For Sure Mode (default): Use when you’re confident. Correct entries turn green wrong ones turn red.

Maybe Mode: Tap Maybe to toggle candidate mode. Use it to place small "possible" numbers in the cell. Tap a number to add/remove it. Use ✕ to clear all candidates.

Tips: Gray cells are fixed clues. Selected cells are blue. Use candidates to eliminate possibilities as you go.
